Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation cost.

Limitation of Liability

ESSARY SERVICES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Modifications to Terms
